for yourself – it contains health-enhancing qualities in a mass. It is, by far, the richest
source of naturally high levels of vitamins A, D, E, and the Omega-3 fatty acids. And if
there exists any other fish food product that deliciously melts in your mouth, it is, without
any doubt, cod liver. You can make cod liver salads which are remarkable for their
incompatible flavor. Cod liver pate is a delicacy as well: add 1 boiled egg and 1 small
finely chopped onion and simply spread the mixture over the fresh baked bread.
